If you're like me and anger and stress causes you to bite the inside of your cheeks or your tongue (or your nails, fingers), or generally fidget that way, this product is perfect to bite on. It's a bit tough at first but once you bite onto it it becomes manageable enough and no matter how hard you bite on it the bite marks will eventually fade I just started using it so I'm not sure if I'll eventually bite through it; but so far it withstands even the strongest bites! Last pic is how thick the pendant is
