[Stable Cycling] Compatible with SPD shoes, improves bike control on uneven roads and gives you confidence during intense mountain cycling. Adjustable 6 degree locking force setting allows the cycle to step in and out smoothly. Double-sided design allows use on both sides.
[Shimano Compatibility & Standard Spindle] The binding pedal is compatible with Shimano shoes. The body is aluminum alloy and the standard 9/16" heavy-duty chromoly spindle fits most bicycles. Well-lubricated bearings transfer more power and provide a more comfortable ride during hill climbs and long distance cycling.
[Easy to install] The SPD pedal has L or R markings that make it easy to tell left and right. To install, use a 6mm hex wrench and rotate the left pedal counterclockwise and the right pedal clockwise once. Now you can enjoy cycling with cool bicycle pedals. (Hex wrench is not included, please see the attached video for specific installation instructions.)
