The microcomputer automatically controls the troublesome heat and pressure according to the recipe, so there is no need to adjust the heat or pressure like with regular pressure cookers. Just add the ingredients, press the menu key, and let the machine do the rest. You can use your free time effectively by making another dish or going shopping.
White rice, brown rice, porridge, meat and potatoes, curry, boiled mackerel, boiled soybeans, steamed chicken, and 8 pressure cooking are set as basic menus, and just press the menu key to control the optimal heat and pressure. You can easily prepare delicious dishes. You can adjust the firmness of the 8 basic menus with the touch of a button: ``Soft,'' ``Normal,'' and ``Hard.'' (You can also adjust the hardness of other menu items by changing the cooking time.)
The amazake course, which is controlled at a constant 60℃, allows you to use the porridge made in the porridge course of the basic menu to make amazake. You can choose the temperature for the fermentation course from 4 stages: 30℃, 35℃, 40℃, and 45℃. (30℃: Suitable temperature for bread dough fermentation, 35℃: Germinated brown rice, 40℃: Yogurt, 45℃: Natto.) The heat retention course can be kept at approximately 70℃ for up to 12 hours.
Since it is a fluororesin-treated pot, it does not stick and is easy to clean. A steaming stand is also included, so you can easily steam your food.
