The mesh construction of the Metropolis Jasper Green ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 comes in Metropolis, a dark-gray hue that serves as a subtle backdrop for the leather overlays in metallic silver. Hits of Jasper Green cover the branding details on the mesh tongue and heel and add pops of color on the otherwise white midsole. Gel technology in the heel provides responsive cushioning, while the Trusstic system in the arch increases stability and reduces twisting motions. Finally, the sock liner was made using a dyeing method that reduces water consumption by up to 33 percent.
