Supervised by Katsumi Yamauchi. A versatile slim sinking pencil that can be used all year round. Equipped with a metal plate and a dual eye structure, it is a 2-way action sinking pencil. One lure can produce two different actions. When using the upper eye, it can be used for dead slow to slow retrieves, creating a slow pitch wide swing. Twitching it produces a fluttering irregular dart with almost no line trouble (darting while casting flat), creating time for the fish to bite. When using the lower eye, it produces a slow, trembling tight vibration.
