The item is manufactured with a defect. Only one of the 2 headphones works properly, the other doesn't. The contact is welded on the outside of the item, so it is unpleasant to wear the headphones.

This was not working for phonecalls, but joom was very much helpful and refunded me so I can get my son another one obviously a different product that can do everything.

May i just say something, no headphones, even those simple ones in any store out there, you won't find them in that price i mean it's ridiculous and thanks joom
