How to use the product: Stir or shake - Add 1 scoop daily to water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Blender - Mix 1 scoop with existing smoothie ingredients to make an even healthier smoothie. Versatile use - Yogurt or Add it to cereal, oatmeal, or any of your favorite meals. Take 1 to 3 servings any time of day to meet your recommended daily protein intake.
