The Meyer has become a standard among jazz saxophone mouthpieces, favored by many top musicians. It is a mouthpiece loved and highly praised by top artists around the world, past and present.
This model was created to commemorate the 100th anniversary of J.J. Babbitt & Co. (the manufacturer and distributor of the Meyer).
To recreate the popular New York-era Meyer, a unique mold is used with slight modifications to the baffle and chamber of the hard rubber model. It combines excellent control and high expressiveness.
A newly designed dedicated ligature and cap are included, and a serial number is stamped on the side of the body.
Tip opening size: 1.80mm
