How to use the product: Get rid of the discomfort caused by muscle pain. Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solutions under warm, running bath water. Allow 20 minutes to absorb the rich minerals into your body. Exfoliate skin: Mix a handful of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solution into your favorite Dr Teal's® body wash. Gently massage the mixture into your skin to remove dry patches and create a healthier-looking complexion. Soothe pain from sprains and bruises: Add 1 cup of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solution to 1 quart of warm water. Soak a shower towel in the solution and squeeze out any excess water. Apply a warm cloth to the area until the tissue is no longer warm. Repeat 2-3 times to relieve pain from sprains and bruises.
