The Game Boy Advance software "Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire" will be reborn for the Nintendo 3DS with a new story that delves into Mega Evolution and new elements such as Primal Reversion.

"Primitive Reversion" Groudon and Kyogre regain their immense power and transform into their true forms through a phenomenon known as Primal Reversion.
"Gym Leader" Challenge powerful trainers called Gym Leaders to battle and win.
"Dressed-up Pikachu" As you progress through the story, you'll receive "Dressed-up Pikachu," which you can use to change into costumes that fit the theme.
