Ledges is a compact reverb pedal featuring room, hall, and plate. Its characteristics are typical of EQD, as it retains the core of the original sound, so no matter how deep the reverb is set, it will not become saturated and the sound will not be crushed. In any reverb mode, the space is set to shake slightly, creating a unique dark atmosphere. Furthermore, by lowering the damping (sound absorption rate of the space), high-frequency feedback begins to be applied, creating a fantastical space that is different from the shimmer type. EQD calls Ledges "post-rock/alternative reverb." The three types of reverb installed are carefully selected spaces from over 700 circuits by EQD developer Jamie Stillman. To fully experience the space, Ledges uses buffered bypass, so the reverberation remains even when the effects are turned off. Like many other EQD effects, Ledges allows you to connect an expression pedal to control any parameter of the LengthDampingMix with your foot.
