Once I received the product and opened it the body part of the necklace automatically broke off from the head of the necklace. I’m not going to return it for I should have known buying a $1 necklace from an unknown site would mean that the quality would be below average.

The wee panda is pretty cute. What spoils it is the chain which looks like a bath plug chain. Awful. I bought this as a gift for someone. Will have to purchase a chain now. Annoying

Beautiful but only problem is chain has no clasp. I put one on it myself from another necklace and we're otherwise very happy with the product itself.

Received pkg. Charm was nicely padded inside package. Panda was very pretty. Head and body move separately. Necklace included chain.
