The product was bent in the delivered package. Upon unfolding, the little balls started to fall off. It is not usable at all. The option to refund the order does not appear. I followed the instructions both on the website and on the phone application. There is no such option, only sending from one device to another with instructions, but without options to complete the refund process..
The product was worth buying. The brush is quite hard, it does the job. It doesn't penetrate very deep (or it may depend on the sink/drain). The product is generally good. Removes both hair and other debris that collects on the edge of the drain in just a few seconds.
I haven't used it for this, I needed a brush to brush it through the nooks and crannies of the radiator. It hasn't entered all my areas, but it has done its job. It is very long and hard.
A pipe brush. I didn't think I'd buy something like that. Good thing. 45cm... Be sure to brush any hair out of the drain that isn't already wrapped around somewhere.
