Unusable because the bars are in the wrong direction when the dog climbs on them and too far apart the legs go through risk of injury, I wanted to cancel the order because I had found it cheaper elsewhere, not even sent yet but they did not want to hear anything, it was a Sunday, and the customer service did not take my request into account because the two hours were exceeded, I asked them to contact or put me in touch with the seller but nothing, and I cannot return it because the costs are too high! Wasted money, spaces between the bars two centimeters, much too much for my papillon puppies, risk of injury!
