With clean hands, roll the plug between your fingers to smooth it out. Use the plug completely.

Place it in your cheek to shape it. Flatten the plug against the ear canal. Only block the ear canal. Do not force it into the ear. Caution Not recommended for overnight use, diving, prolonged underwater swimming, or depths greater than 3 meters (10 feet).

These plugs are not intended for hearing protection, but a proper seal will help block sound. If using on an airplane, change your clothes before descent. Children require close adult supervision. Inspect the plug before use and replace it if it is damaged or shows signs of use. Do not use for long periods of time. This product is for single use only. Do not cut, stretch, or disassemble the earplug. If not used as directed, the earplug may become lodged in the ear canal and require surgical removal by a qualified professional. If the earplug becomes lodged in the ear canal, do not remove it with tweezers or any other instrument. If it is removed properly, seek medical attention.
