The doll itself is beautiful but the seller sent me the item with a defect, as you will see in the photos. I looked for a place to repair the doll but they said it was not possible as it is very difficult to repair a porcelain doll due to a flaw in its structure. JOOM once again was fantastic in refunding me the full value of the item. I would like to buy the same doll again but I'm worried if it will be perfect or with a defect. Furthermore, it was very poorly packaged, without any protection. I hope the seller reads my message and is more careful and does not send a damaged item. Thanks.
