Jarrow Formulas® Inositol is readily absorbed by the body and used to create the active inositides it needs. Various forms of inositol (such as phosphatidylinositol and IP3 inositides) are actively used for intercellular communication (e.g., nerve signaling). Tissues affected by inositol are primarily the brain, liver, and muscles. Inositol (also known as myo-inositol) is an indirect source of glucuronic acid, which is essential for liver detoxification.
Suggested Use
